Plums!
Like the peach, the plum is a fruit that accompanies the summer season. Its attractive colors ranging from black to yellow, through mauve and red, make it a very popular fruit to brighten our taste buds.
Culture in Morocco
In Morocco, about twenty varieties of plums have adapted to the climatic conditions of the Middle Atlas, and are produced from June to September. Their daily light bath allows them to sublimate their different shades of color and maximize their flavors.
